FAQs

Where are services provided?

Little Pod currently serves Southern California residents in their home, at our Irvine location, or through teletherapy. We also offer on-campus services for private schools.

What does an evaluation consist of?

Depending on the concern, a skilled evaluation may include the following: a full case history, caregiver interview, skilled observation of your child, standardized assessment (this may vary based on your child’s engagement and participation in assessment stimuli), identification of effective intervention strategies, additional referrals if needed. A copy of your child’s full evaluation report will be provided within 2-3 weeks of assessment completion.

How long do sessions last?

The length of sessions is 30 mins or 60 minutes, depending on your child’s needs and the speech pathologist’s recommendation.

Do you provide telehealth services?

Yes. Virtual speech therapy services are provided upon request. Depending on your child’s diagnosis, in-person therapy may be more beneficial.

Do you take insurance?

Insurance is not accepted at this time. A super bill may be provided upon request.

What are your rates?

Rates vary depending on the type of service. Please contact info@littlepodspeech.com for more information.
